    The only thing i want to say never open your Gic account in this bank. It will make you cry for your own money.

    Stupid bank. I too have a GIC account firstly they won't accept emailed documents everything has to be sent through courier then the activation process which says online is actually done by visiting branch which is in Surrey not feasible to travel. The customer service is pathetic. They don't know half of the things we are talking about and seriously it seems like we are in queue to talk to the prime minister or president.. every time they will say call again sometime or it will take atleast 25 minutes to reach them. Seriously guys you are ridiculous. The worst part is you cannot transfer money to anyone everytime you need to go to a ABM and get the money from there and they charge you for that. Now the main part they will tell you you have to link your other bank account but then you will have to courier them the document. Why the hell have you kept the Secure Mail! Stupid bank...

    Worst bank not worth to be in Canada. I have a student GIC account with them . They gave a basic debit card which I can just use to buy coffee as the limit can never be extended. Every semester, when I pay my tution fee, its always a problem. No matter what they will not increase the limit. The bank in canada will not help on anything and always they to customer care which is in India. The customer care is not available at any time we call them. It will atleast take 30 min to reach an agent.When the bank is in Canada and when we Indians trust it and open our student accounts with them, they do not have any courtesy to help their clients. The app is pathetic as no cheques are scanned. I complained many times about the app and no one replied to me till date.
